Services are designed and implemented to support the recovery, health, and well-being of people and/or their families; enhance quality of life; reduce symptoms and needs; build resilience; restore or improve functioning; and support any applicable integrations back into the community. Each person will have at least one clinician responsible for the coordination of their treatment, which is guided by agreed upon goals. Some examples of the types of treatment we offer include:
Counseling Center Support Groups

JOURNALING AND MEDITATION
This therapy group is aimed towards processing emotions, improving emotional wellbeing, and increasing insight into ourselves through meditation and journaling practices.

HERE FOR HER SUPPORT GROUP
For women ages 30+ to encourage self-growth and acceptance. This group will provide support for woman managing anxiety and depression.

CAREGIVERS SUPPORT GROUP
For people 21+ who are direct care givers of someone with chronic illness, who feel they would benefit from outside support.

TEEN EXPRESSIVE ART GROUP
An expressive art therapy group for teens ages 14-18 to encourage self-expression and healthy coping. This therapy group is held in-person.

ADULT ART THERAPY GROUP
An expressive art therapy group for adults ages 18+. This group is held in-person two times per month, on Mondays.
